Chloe Wilson is one lucky mutt. It happens to be the pet maltese of the WWE diva Torrie Wilson and spends time riding around in the gorgeous woman’s arms. It would be safe to assume that all the fame and affection that has found this dog came about solely due to its association with the diva, but that is not the case here.
The little canine has had to do some pretty nasty stuff to get where he has got now. And some things he would rather not have divulged in this column. Chloe had been accompanying Torrie from venue to venue since the December of 2004 waiting for that chance to break into the spot light. Even after having infiltrated the WWF Chloe’s opportunity did not present itself till late 2005.
Chloe’s Entrance Into Wrestling
In the beginning, Chloe was required to simple watch from the sidelines when its master worked her magic and kicked some butt. But, eventually, Chloe along with Torrie joined the Vince’s Devils team, and Chloe finally got to do a classy Chloe entrance into the wrestling ring. What has a dog to do with professional wrestling, you might ask. Though the cute pup obviously cannot match up to the beefy opponents in the ring, it does have a good trick up its sleeve, distraction tactics.
The first ever active interference by the mutt was in Corlito’s “Beat the clock match” where it assisted its master’s team by running across the ring in the most inopportune of times distracting Corlito and practically tilting the game widely in Torrie’s favor. The very next week, the mutt was promptly in action assisting Victoria’s team using the same tactics. But, this time, just distraction was not enough dope for the canine. With some assistance from Torrie, Chloe manage to actually jam its ass down on Victoria’s face. The first ever offensive move performed in the ring by a dog was this so called “Chloe Tush Push”. That is an original Chloe wrestling move. Talk about creativity!
Chloe’s Action Outside The Wrestling Ring
There was more action coming the dog’s way, but of a more mellow kind. Torrie and Chloe jointly presented the “WWE Best in Show”, a reflective look at the part dogs have played in the wrestling ring throughout the history of the sport. Presenting a whole segment of the show on dogs is probably not the last of this aspiring mutt’s intentions. Only time will tell what this cute maltese comes up with next. After conquering the WWE, Chloe will come up with something new, that is for sure.
